Meeting Summary
At the meeting, Wu Buxue pointed out that in the first half of the year, we overcame difficulties and achieved satisfactory results, fully validating the group's correct development strategy. He also put forward the following requirements for the work of various departments in the second half of the year:
1. Each department should continue to adhere to the "JunBom characteristic development route", be market-oriented, have a long-term vision, continue to strengthen brand building, fully utilize brand confidence, and demonstrate brand strength.
2. All production and R&D bases should continue to develop the "production, education, and research" model, promote technological innovation, accelerate the launch of new products, complete the dual upgrade of equipment and products, carry forward the spirit of craftsmanship, continuously optimize and improve product performance, and create high-quality products with perfect cost-effectiveness for customers.
3. The group company should achieve the development goals of "three-dimensional and refined", allowing employees to develop, brands to gain market recognition, and services to satisfy users.
During the meeting, the company commended outstanding departments and employees in the first half of the year, conveying the spirit of role models and striving to be pioneers in the enterprise.

After the meeting, all participants visited Weishan Lake Red Lotus Wetland, the largest and most beautiful national wetland park in northern China, experiencing the unique charm of the "China Lotus Capital", visiting revolutionary sites, and inspiring the drive to move forward. 
Despite the repeated impact of the COVID-19 epidemic and the continued downturn in the construction industry, JunBom has achieved rare "counter-cyclical growth", demonstrating a high degree of resilience and vitality.
