Employee Skills Competition
Frontline employees competed in skills improvement and format. To further enhance employee operating skills and promote the company's high-quality development, the second employee skills competition of Shanxi Weichuang was held as scheduled on April 28.
Before the competition, the head of the factory's production department made work arrangements, requiring all departments to strictly implement the safety operating procedures of their posts, carry out production work solidly, not only to achieve competition results, but also to ensure product quality, take effective measures to eliminate safety hazards, ensure fairness and justice, mobilize employee enthusiasm, cooperate with each other according to the division of responsibilities, ensure that the event is completed on time, and achieve the expected goals.
At the competition site, all Weichuang employees, with their love for their profession and anticipation of the competition, demonstrated their due professional skills and professional qualities. Finally, according to the competition rules, 4 first prizes (single-person single-machine output of more than 1000 boxes), 5 second prizes (single-person single-machine output of more than 800 boxes), and 14 third prizes and excellence awards were selected. The total output on that day created a new high in the group's daily production capacity. This achievement also reflects the strong manufacturing strength of the group's production base and the efficient production synergy of the modern intelligent factory. 
Award-winning employees said that the skills competition is not only a test of their own skills, but also an opportunity to learn and improve. Such activities help enhance communication and cooperation among teams and play a positive role in improving the overall team's work efficiency and service quality. The factory atmosphere of 'taking the factory as home and helping each other' has become deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.
