Product Features
1. One-component, neutral, ketoxime-type, room temperature vulcanizing silicone sealant
2. High elasticity, high bonding strength, excellent structural fixing ability, excellent UV resistance, stable performance in the range of -50℃~180℃, and strong wind pressure resistance
3. No primer required, good adhesion to most materials
4. Good compatibility with other neutral silicone sealants.
Main Applications
1. Structural bonding and sealing of glass, stone, and aluminum curtain walls
2. Bonding and sealing of glass lighting and metal structures
3. Secondary bonding and sealing of insulating glass 4. Bonding and sealing of plastic steel windows and doors 5. Various other industrial applications.
Instructions
1. Before construction, a bonding test should be conducted between the sealant and the substrate to confirm the suitability of the product.
2. Dust on the substrate surface should be blown or vacuumed away, then thoroughly cleaned with alcohol, acetone solvent, or a suitable cleaning agent, kept dry, and the adhesive applied within 30 minutes of cleaning.
3. Ensure that the adhesive is fully filled in the gap, making the adhesive layer dense and in close contact with the substrate surface, and adjust the adhesive seam within 5 minutes after application. 4. Suitable application temperature range: 5℃~40℃.
Usage Restrictions
1. Not suitable for underground joints or long-term submerged applications
2. Not suitable for surfaces containing oil or exudates
3. Not suitable for use on frosted or damp surfaces.
Storage and Transportation
1. Shelf life: 12 months. Please use within the validity period.
2. Should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and cool place below 27℃, and transported as non-hazardous goods.
Precautions
1. Please use this product in a well-ventilated environment.
2. The use of solvents should comply with relevant safety regulations.
3. Please keep the product out of reach of children.
4. If uncured sealant accidentally contacts the eyes, rinse immediately with water or seek medical attention.
