Product Features
1. One-component, neutral, ketoxime-type, room-temperature vulcanizing silicone structural adhesive
2. No white mineral oil added
3. High elasticity, high elongation, good displacement resistance, and excellent aging resistance
4. Excellent adhesion, no primer required, good adhesion to most materials.
Application Range
1. Structural sealing of sunrooms, skylights, aluminum panels, etc.
2. Filling and sealing of glass, metal, and stone materials
3. Non-structural joint sealing of glass curtain walls, and bonding and sealing of plastic steel doors and windows
4. Secondary sealing of insulating glass.
Instructions
1. An adhesion test should be performed before construction to confirm product suitability
2. Thoroughly clean the substrate surface with a solvent or appropriate cleaning agent, keep it dry, and apply the adhesive within 30 minutes after cleaning
3. Ensure that the gap is completely filled during application, making the adhesive layer dense and in close contact with the substrate surface. Adjust the adhesive seam within 5 minutes after application
4. Suitable application temperature range: 5℃~40℃.
Usage Restrictions
1. Cannot be used as a structural sealant
2. Not suitable for underground joints or long-term immersion in water
3. Not suitable for use on surfaces of oily or seeping materials
4. Cannot be used for bonding and sealing copper, zinc metal materials, or mirror glass.
Storage and Transportation
1. Shelf life is 12 months. Please use within the validity period
2. Should be stored in a dry, ventilated, cool place below 27℃, and transported as non-hazardous goods.
Precautions
1. Please use this product in a well-ventilated environment
2. The use of solvents should comply with relevant safety regulations
3. Keep the product out of reach of children
4. If uncured sealant accidentally contacts the eyes, rinse immediately with water or seek medical attention.
