Product Features

2. Excellent weather resistance and aging resistance, UV resistance, ozone resistance, and water resistance
3. Good adhesion to various insulation boards and most materials, with good anti-displacement ability
4. After curing, it can still maintain good performance in the range of -50°C~150°C. 5. Good compatibility with other neutral silicone sealants.
Main Uses
1. Bonding and sealing of insulation boards
2. Other various construction and industrial uses.
Instructions
1. Before construction, a bonding test of the sealant and the substrate should be conducted to confirm the applicability of the product.
2. The substrate should be thoroughly cleaned with alcohol, acetone solvent, or a suitable cleaning agent, kept dry, and the adhesive applied within 30 minutes after cleaning.
3. Ensure that the adhesive is fully filled in the gap, making the adhesive layer dense and in close contact with the substrate surface, and adjust the adhesive seam within 5 minutes after application.
4. Suitable application temperature range: 5℃~40℃.
Limitations
1. Cannot be used as a structural sealant.
2. Not suitable for underground joints or places with long-term water immersion.
3. Not suitable for surfaces with oil or exudates.
4. Not suitable for copper and polycarbonate materials.
5. Not suitable for frosty or damp surfaces.
Storage and Transportation
1. Shelf life is 12 months. Please use within the validity period.
2. Should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and cool place below 27℃, and transported as non-dangerous goods.
Precautions
1. Please use this product in a well-ventilated environment.
2. The use of solvents should comply with relevant safety regulations.
3. Please keep the product out of reach of children.
4. If uncured sealant accidentally contacts the eyes, rinse immediately with water or seek medical attention.
