Product Features
Junbom 8600 is a non-sagging, one-component, low-modulus, neutral silicone sealant. It features excellent elongation recovery and long-lasting weather resistance, capable of withstanding the displacement tests of concrete joints under harsh environments such as high and low temperatures and strong ultraviolet radiation.
Main Applications
1. Grouting in concrete pavements such as airports and highways;
2. Grouting in ballastless track pavements (high-speed rail or intercity rail);
3. Indoor and outdoor building joints
Instructions
1. The construction surface must be clean, dry, and free of dirt.
2. Apply protective tape to both sides of the construction surface, and use appropriate backing material in the seam.

4. Finish trimming within 10 minutes after construction and remove the protective tape.
5. Maintain good ventilation during construction and curing.
6. To ensure optimal bonding, an adhesion test should be conducted before the start of the project, and peel adhesion tests should be conducted periodically during construction to ensure product construction quality.
Usage Restrictions
1. Not suitable for underground joints or long-term submerged applications.
2. Not suitable for use on oily or seeping material surfaces.
3. Not suitable for use on frosty or damp surfaces.
4. Construction is not recommended when the surface temperature is below 5℃ or above 40℃.
Storage and Transportation
