Product Details
Weatherproof silicone sealant is a high-performance adhesive designed to withstand harsh environmental conditions. It provides excellent waterproofing, flexibility, and durability, making it ideal for outdoor use. Resistant to UV rays, extreme temperatures, and mold growth, it ensures long-lasting seals for windows, doors, roofs, and other structures exposed to the elements. Easy to apply, it forms a strong, flexible bond with most surfaces, ensuring reliable performance in construction, automotive, and marine applications.
Product Features:
1. One-component, neutral room temperature curing, ketoxime type.
2. Non-corrosive to metal, coated glass and other building materials.
3. Displacement capacity up to 25 levels, performance remains unchanged for normal expansion and shear deformation of curtain walls.
4. Weather resistant, UV resistant, ozone resistant, water resistant.
5. Strong adhesion, forms a strong seal with most building materials during curing without the need for a primer.
6. Good compatibility with other neutral silicone sealants.
Application Range:
1. Used for weather-resistant sealing of joints in various glass curtain walls, metal (aluminum plates), and enamel curtain walls.
2. Used for sealing joints in concrete, stone, and roof construction.
3. Other uses that have been proven suitable through testing.
Instructions for Use:
1. Before construction, conduct an adhesion test of the sealant and the substrate to confirm product suitability.
2. Thoroughly clean the substrate with a solvent or appropriate cleaner, keep it dry, and bond within 30 minutes of cleaning.
3. Ensure that the gap is completely filled during injection, the adhesive layer is dense and in close contact with the substrate surface, and the adhesive joint is trimmed within 5 minutes after injection.
4. The suitable injection temperature range is 5℃～40℃.
Instructions:
1. Not suitable for underground joints or long-term submerged applications.
2. Not suitable for surfaces of oily materials or materials with exudates.
3. Cannot be used for bonding and sealing copper, zinc metal materials, or mirror glass.
Precautions:
1. Please use this product in a well-ventilated environment.
2. The use of solvents should comply with relevant safety regulations.
3. Please keep the product out of reach of children.
4. If uncured sealant accidentally splashes into the eyes, rinse immediately with water or seek medical attention.
Storage and Transportation: Shelf life is 12 months. Please use within the validity period; it should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and cool place below 27℃, and transported as non-hazardous goods.
