Product Features:
1. One-component, easy to use, good extrudability and thixotropy in the temperature range of 4°C ~ 40°C, can be directly applied by extrusion with a caulking gun;
2. Neutral curing, non-corrosive to building materials such as metals and coated glass, widely applicable;
3. Excellent adhesion, forms a strong seal with most building materials during curing without the need for a primer;
4. After curing, it does not harden or become brittle at low temperatures, but it will shrink at high temperatures, and its displacement ability will decrease;
5. Good compatibility with other neutral silicone sealants.
Main Uses:
1. Installation of various doors and windows, assembly of glass cabinets;
2. Bonding and sealing of various simple joints in interior decoration.
3. Kitchen and bathroom project installation;
4. Other applications that have been proven suitable through testing.
Usage Restrictions:
1. Cannot be used as a structural sealant;
2. Not suitable for exterior wall joint sealing;
3. Not suitable for all materials that will seep oil, plasticizers, or solvents, such as the surface of oil-soaked wood;
4. Not suitable for airtight places, because the sealant needs to absorb moisture from the air to cure;
5. Not suitable for frosty or damp surfaces;
6. Not suitable for places that are continuously submerged in water or perpetually damp;
7. Not suitable for bonding and sealing of cement and concrete substrates;
8. Avoid contact with rubber materials (such as rubber strips, rubber pads, etc.) to prevent yellowing;
9. Avoid contact with acidic or alkaline substances (such as exterior wall cleaning agents) to prevent discoloration;
10. Construction is not suitable when the surface temperature of the material is below 4°C or above 40°C.
Safety Information:
This product is non-toxic after complete curing, but avoid contact with eyes before curing. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention; keep uncured product away from children.
Storage and Transportation: Store in a cool, dry place below 27°C. The shelf life is 12 months from the production date. Transport as non-hazardous goods.
