Product Features:
1. One-component, easy to use, good extrudability and thixotropy in the temperature range of 4°C ~ 40°C, can be directly applied by extrusion with a caulking gun;
2. Neutral curing, non-corrosive to building materials such as metals and coated glass, widely used;
3. Excellent weather resistance, aging resistance, UV resistance, ozone resistance, water resistance;
4. Excellent high and low temperature resistance, it will not become brittle, harden or crack at low temperatures of -30°C after curing, and will not soften or degrade at high temperatures, but there is some shrinkage, and the hardness is improved;
5. Good adhesion, forms a strong seal with most building materials during curing without the need for a primer; 6. Good compatibility with other neutral silicone sealants.
Main Uses:
1. Installation of various doors and windows, stone filling and sealing;
2. Assembly of various small aluminum plates and glass curtain walls;
3. Kitchen and bathroom project installation;
4. Filling and sealing of indoor metal structure projects;
5. Other uses that have been tested and proven suitable.
Usage Restrictions:
1. Cannot be used as a structural sealant;
2. Not suitable for materials that will seep oil, plasticizers or solvents, such as the surface of oil-soaked wood;
3. Not suitable for airtight places, because the sealant needs to absorb moisture from the air to cure;
5. Not suitable for frosty or damp surfaces;
6. Not suitable for continuous immersion in water or places that are damp year-round;
7. Contact with rubber materials (such as rubber strips, rubber pads, etc.) should be avoided to prevent yellowing;
8. Contact with acidic or alkaline substances (such as exterior wall cleaning agents) should be avoided to prevent discoloration;
9. Construction is not suitable when the surface temperature of the material is below 4°C or above 40°C.
Safety Information:
This product is non-toxic after complete curing, but contact with eyes should be avoided before curing. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention; uncured products should be kept away from children.
Storage and Transportation:
It should be stored in a cool, dry place below 27°C. The shelf life is 12 months from the date of production. Transport as non-hazardous goods.
