Product Features
1. One-component, neutral room-temperature curing, non-corrosive to metal, coated glass and other building materials;
2. Ultra-low VOC, no irritating odor during use;
3. Excellent bonding properties, no primer required, good adhesion to most materials; after curing, it does not harden or become brittle at low temperatures, does not shrink below 70℃, and can maintain displacement ability well.
Main Uses
1. Installation of various doors and windows, stone filling and sealing, glass cabinet assembly;
2. Indoor decoration, various simple joint bonding and sealing;
3. Kitchen and bathroom project installation;
4. Copper door installation, mirror installation.
Instructions for Use
1. Before construction, a bonding test should be conducted between the sealant and the substrate to confirm the applicability of the product;
2. Dust on the substrate surface should be blown or sucked clean, then thoroughly clean the bonding surface with alcohol, acetone solvent or a suitable cleaning agent, keep it dry, and apply the adhesive within 30 minutes after cleaning;
3. Ensure that the adhesive is fully filled in the gap, making the adhesive layer dense and in close contact with the substrate surface, and adjust the adhesive seam within 5 minutes after application;
4. Suitable application temperature range is 5℃~40℃.
Usage Restrictions
1. Cannot be used as a structural sealant
2. Not suitable for underground joints or long-term immersion in water
3. Not suitable for surfaces with oil or exudates
4. Not suitable for frosty or damp surfaces
5. Not suitable for exterior wall filling and sealing
6. Not suitable for environments with constant sun exposure and temperatures above 70℃ for extended periods.
Storage and Transportation
1. Shelf life is 9 months, please use within the validity period
2. Should be stored in a dry, ventilated, cool place below 27℃, and transported as non-hazardous goods.
Precautions
1. Please use this product in a well-ventilated environment
2. The use of solvents should comply with relevant safety standards
3. Please keep this product out of reach of children
4. If uncured sealant accidentally contacts eyes, rinse immediately with water or seek medical attention.
