1. One-component, neutral, ketoxime type, room temperature curing;
2. Non-corrosive to metals, coated glass and other building materials, widely applicable;
3. Excellent weather resistance, aging resistance, UV resistance, high and low temperature resistance, water resistance, and ozone resistance;
4. After curing, it does not harden or become brittle at low temperatures.
Main Uses
1. Filling and sealing of small skylights and storefront decorative panels;
2. Bonding and sealing various simple joints in interior and exterior decoration;
3. Installation of various doors and windows, glass cabinet assembly, kitchen and bathroom engineering installation;
4. Various temporary bonding, filling and sealing (such as booth decoration);
5. Other uses that have been proven suitable through testing.
Instructions for Use
1. Before construction, a bonding test should be conducted between the sealant and the substrate to confirm the suitability of the product;
2. Dust on the substrate surface should be blown or vacuumed clean, then thoroughly clean the bonding surface with alcohol, acetone solvent, or a suitable cleaning agent, keep it dry, and apply the adhesive within 30 minutes after cleaning;
3. Ensure that the adhesive is fully filled into the gap, making the adhesive layer dense and in close contact with the substrate surface, and adjust the adhesive seam within 5 minutes after application;
4. Suitable application temperature range is 5℃~40℃.
Usage Restrictions
1. Cannot be used as a structural sealant;
2. Not suitable for underground joints or places with long-term water immersion;
3. Not suitable for surfaces containing oil or with exudates;
4. Not suitable for use on frosted or damp surfaces.
Storage and Transportation
1. Shelf life is 12 months. Please use within the validity period;
2. Should be stored in a dry, ventilated, cool place below 27℃, and transported as non-hazardous goods.
Precautions
1. Please use this product in a well-ventilated environment;
2. The use of solvents should comply with relevant safety regulations;
3. Please keep the product out of reach of children;
4. If uncured sealant accidentally contacts the eyes, rinse immediately with water or seek medical attention.
