Product Features:
1. One-component, neutral room temperature curing, ketoxime type
2. Non-corrosive to metals, coated glass and other building materials.
3. Weather resistant, UV resistant, ozone resistant, water resistant.
4. Strong adhesion, forms a strong seal with most building materials during curing without the need for a primer.
5. Good compatibility with other neutral silicone sealants.
Application Range:
1. Installation of various doors and windows, stone filling and sealing.
2. Assembly of various small aluminum-plastic panels and glass walls.
3. Kitchen and bathroom project installation.
4. Filling and sealing of indoor metal structure projects.
Instructions:
1. Before construction, a bonding test should be conducted between the sealant and the substrate to confirm the suitability of the product.
2. The substrate should be thoroughly cleaned with a solvent or appropriate cleaning agent, kept dry, and the adhesive applied within 30 minutes of cleaning.
3. Ensure that the adhesive is fully filled in the gap, making the adhesive layer dense and in close contact with the substrate surface, and trim the adhesive seam within 5 minutes after application.
4. Suitable application temperature range is 5℃～40℃.
Usage Restrictions:
1. Cannot be used as a structural sealant.
2. Not suitable for underground joints or applications with long-term water immersion.
3. Not suitable for surfaces of oily or seeping materials.
4. Cannot be used for bonding and sealing copper, zinc metal materials or mirror glass.
Precautions:
Please use this product in a well-ventilated environment.
The use of solvents should comply with relevant safety regulations.
Please keep the product out of reach of children.
If the uncured sealant accidentally splashes into the eyes, rinse immediately with water or seek medical attention.
Storage and Transportation: Storage period is 12 months. Please use within the validity period; it should be stored in a dry, ventilated, cool place below 27℃, and transported as non-dangerous goods.
